All of Karen's Kids products are digital downloads and are sent via email. Because a digital download cannot be returned we ask that you read product descriptions and contact Karen's Kids Studio with any questions you have prior to purchasing. If you have purchased and downloaded a product that you are unhappy with let us know immediately.
You can contact us at karen@karenskidsstudio.com with any questions you have about a product and to request a refund. Include reasons for requesting your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is missing or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
